Here's the problem:

I did AS sometimes before ToA came out and everything was fine but at some point I only made to step #4 which is go to the caldera. Since I need room in stash and didnt have that much control on what things did I seem to have deleted/sold/tossed away or whatever the stone that you get from Jarkyr in Bjarken.
I've tried to go to the caldera and kill Ancestrial Keeper but still cant move on with quest.

Anyone know how I can get a new stone except from other players giving it to me ?

Email goa via rightnow and tell them your problem,they will reset the quest,might take a few days but i had a similar prob with ick quest and missing item i'd somehow misplaced,within a few days they had fixed/reset quest and i could carry on with it.

Tried using RightNow? Just ask them to either pop the stone into your inventory, or reset the quest.

Or just team up with some1 that also needs it. ask in guild probably some dude that haven't got all 3 awards then he just have to start the quest again and help you out and you don't need to mail the worse ?!?support?!? ever rightnow.

humm that sux because I only thought you needed thta to make him pop you lose it when he pops anyway.

Hmm, I was under the impression that you only need the item in your inventory to make the keeper spawn, but you get the new/updated item regardless of that after killing him, as long as you're on the right quest step.

So you could try doing it together with someone who does have the item and see if you get the item. Someone in my group had his quest fixed in a similar way once.
