Anbody Sced one of the new Leggys

If you have how many Imbue pts do they get, i know they only have 3 slots. Do they come with any stats at all?

comes with 28 str and 10 af if i remember correctly.. and the imbue points depend on what quality you have.. same as armor basicly.. 99%-100% for 32 i think :x might be wrong tho

Think they come with the same bonuses as before, roughly, but no stat or resist bonuses. They have 3 remaining slots. The imbue is the same as any other item (99% = 28, 100% = 32). They can be overcharged, but as there are only 3 gems you'll need 100% quality gems to be certain of a successful overcharge (on a fully repaired item, all gems added at the same time).

So with only 3 slots we still have 32 imbue pts with an OC of 37.5 possible, on an MP leggy.

I'm guessing you'll have to put the 28 str into the 4th slot for calculations.

Nope, you have to count the 4th slot as empty, thus a 94 quality gem.
For a 5 pts OC on a leggie you will need 3 mp gems to keep it from blowing up.
