I have a friend who needs help 40.x - 46 so he can activate his artifacts and start to lvl them effectively. I could do it myself, but Im sick and tired of Daoc-PvE. So I want the person who helps out to feel it's worth the pain-in-the-ass-PvE-bullshit. Starting off at 18 plat flatrate...... any takers?
