An inovice is currently in progress

Hey, my mate is trying to reopen his acc again and it says some shit like, and inovice is currently in progress etc, and the acc is closed, i think ive heard something about this so it will reset in a period of time, anyone know how long time it can take or so, orhow u can correct the problem?

Happened to me twice before , if you open up the billing page at all <even jsut to look at it> and then close it <for whatever reason> you will get that message for years.
I had to wait about 10 hours for mine both times >.<
