It’s also at a price that might take you by surprise…

It’s £24 a year. That’s the equivalent of £2 a month! It’s even cheaper for
GAME Reward card holders – only £12 a year for a subscription.

We’ve done our homework. As well as the costs of running such a service, we’ve
paid attention to what Gamers actually want and how much they’d be willing to
pay for it.

Errrr, so now I have to pay to have access to the central community hub of DAoC-Europe? Can anyone explain this to me? I am feelinga very blonde today, but unless I'm wrong it's saying I need to pay to use the Barrysworld services....

Try reading the goddamned thing

They're offering a 2 pound per month premium subscription thing that gives you your own website, forums on it, php, mysql database etc. You can also book the barrysworld personal servers for fps games.

If you don't want that ... nothing changes (except you can't book servers any more for your quake games or whatever).

If the only thing you play that's related to BW is DAoC then you can just completely ignore it.
