[=X=]Xenon are looking for one or two players to help create a more team based side. We are an ambitious and improving side, just a little rough around the edges team and tactics wise.
As such we would prefer players ideally (but not necessarily) with team experience, but with with good availability and the ability to commit to weekly practices.
We are currently more interested in the ability to effectively communicate [i.e. willingness to use many teambinds and ability to use Roger Wilco for voice comms] and be part of a team than raw fragging ability but that said we do try to play to a high standard and we will be looking for a skill level at or comparable to our top group of players. This means you may require a trial but this is nothing heavy, just a chance to show yourself and meet the team.
We currently play TDM but may expand to CTF depending on the new player(s)' preferences.

Our 1st team is in hibernation pending the end of summer holidays and out 2nd team is in 15th position but is on a 5 match winning spree since July.
We don't mind if [=X=] will not be your main clan as long as you bring something to the team.
We mainly communicate through our forum and ICQ, reserving irc for pre match talk.
