And there lies the problem with any system, where the majority of the reputation that was gonna be given out, it was down to the ones who found it funny to get people into bad minus, to do the majority of it. Most might give a minus point every week, they do it 100 times a day

Why not answer the question? What benefit would there be to a rep system? It's basically just a popularity contest.
