in the current patch, yes. but if he don't think he will have that amount of RPs requiered when 1.62 lands, I'd say AM after Purge

ofcourse my dex sucks, if I knew bards secondry stat was a waste of points when I rolled, I would have put the extras into dex...remember that you are prolly comparing my dex stats with these newbie fotm bards like saadyst

IP is a complete waste of points for a bard, Even if yer rr10 theres a lot more temptin things than a crappy 30min full insta, with a nerfed out of combat insta required for it.

Dodger, AOM, Toughness etc...
