Wouldnt call it a boring class, but yes a little OP in the BG's, its gonna be my answer to those dam Warlocks/BD's and Vampiirs running around in leirvik.
If only i could get together maybe 4-5 theurgs and run in a group and give the mids/hibs a taste of what its like running into a whole load of op classes together.
Its been a while since theres been an op class rant on the BG forums.

You aint been in the BG's much than have you, if your opinions that only albs will add to only alb kills, similar to the other realms.
In regards to your adding ....
Adding and leeching was only a term invented by the my E-peens bigger than your E-Peen players, its a Realm vs Realm game ffs, you fight for your realm, this game isnt so special for its 1 vs 1, its special and head and shoulders above anything of its kind, thanks to realm vs realm.
You want a chalanging duel, a duel that works off your reactions/reflexes and pits you against another human aponents with certain weeknesses and strengths play tekken, its far far far better for 1 vs 1 fights than DaOC.

yes albs will add onto you, and i for one will never think twice about killing scum (the enemy). Not any individual person, just an RP thing
Cant say i've heard of you but than again i spend very little time in thid, prefer molvik/leirvik any day of the week.
it wasnt a random rant, it was an opinion i have on adding which is contradictory to yours, so we dont see eye to eye. I like this game, the idea to the game anyway and i will play by the game rules i.e. realm vs realm, if duels and solo fights was the way it was meant to be i'm sure this game would be crap and have nothing to distinguish itself from the rest.
Oh we were talking about OP classes it was you that bought up adding.

you cant do that anymore, every day theres 2-3 new posts being posted about adding, its no longer a light hearted comment, but yeah i must have overlooked the humour, to which i appologise, maybe in a different light i would have seen the funny side, but after reading a new post everyday at least, about adding it aint funny any more. Not to mention nearly every single thread has someone in it commenting about adding.

Yes, it's a shame there appear so many of these threads lately. FAO-threads used to be about 'good fight, enjoyed that', but as of late there are quite a few 'flame-threads'.Kalidur said:

On the original topic: yes theurgist pets can chain stun, your best bet probably is to hide in a bridge or under water untill the pets die. You should be able to survive the damage the pets do before they die, it's only the nukes that hurt.
I realise that there aren't always places to hide near you, in which case you can only stand stunned and die

i was under the impression from a few patches ago that all pet classes that stunned had an immunity timer after each stun to stop them chain stunning as such. True its only a few seconds but surely they cant keep u to the spot ?
And blokkie right about surviving the pets dmg Theurg pets are weak as hell in melee even the earth pets <they used to kick ass but got a shitty nerf>. Best idea is to try to hit them, any aoe caster can prolly kill all the pets on him with a quickcast <hard when being stunned but its possible> or a melee class can kill a pet with 1 hit. Mind u, Ice theurgs are a different kettle of fish entirely.. theyre just plain nasty killers

so no items, no special staff, nothin
80 RP in 2-3 hrs. Surviving double infil attacks. killing all and everything
except that feck icepetspammer
a shame i will ding 25 in another day wont make 125rp i think
going 50 and having fun, what else matters ???
