Alt -tab no good

Been alt-tabbing DAOC and I have to say it takes some of the magic away.
Having to log the old DAOC client really commited you to the world, all other pc related distractions were removed, I felt I was entering a world.
Now it's just like running a program in the background, it is handy but is a bit of a chunk out of the fantasy for me.

it's bugged like hell anyway (major graph bugs appear) i only use it 4 emergencys.

Tried it out last night with the SI client, made me go LD as before the patch..

it works alot better if you add the Windowed=1 in the user.dat

It works for me, I suspect GFX errors may well have something to do with Video cards and OS drivers as opposed to the app mode switching.

I think it has taken some of the myth away tbh

It also should be that when I did it lats night DAOC was using nearly 300MB ram and 99% Processor utilisation

I'm used to it allready. Maybe because I run it windowed for about 6 months now
