Dont knowif any of you have access to ice-cream makers, but whats damn nice is little bits of after eights in vanilla ice-cream.

The ice cream goes minty, and the after-eights dont go rock-hard - they go nice and chewy. Mmmmmmm

Well Ben and Jerrys do an ice cream recipe book, which you can buy from Amazon for about £7-8 including shipping.
I got the missus that and an ice cream maker for christmas.
