Come one come all to sign up for Aligro's super duper lottorey!!

This is how it works:

There are 50 tickets at 500g a piece, if all tickets are sold then the winner of the draw will recieve 90% of the prize-fund so if all tickets are sold then the winner will recieve 22.5plat. the remaining 10% will go to the runner-up.

to enter, either pm me ingame or send an email to gimapadin_50@hotmail.com with your char names and etc.

I will ask you to choose a number between 1 and 1000000 and that will be kept secret by me until all tickets have been sold or 1 day before the draw (which ever comes first). This is to ensure that people can't strategically choose numbers to give themsleves a better chance!

The draw will be held on Thursday the 29th of July at 8:00p.m BST, 9:00p.m CET at Volcanus haven.

I will /random 1000000 and whoever's number is closest wins the main prize and whoever comes second wins the runner up prize.

I will fill this following list with the names of people who want/have bought tickets and will update each name for when money has been recieved.

Lets speak hypothetically here, as I wouldn't want to accuse anyone of anything.

Whats to stop you, from getting all this money, having some m8s enter the lotto, and then you randoming a number (away from anyone else or with a couple of your said m8s to "witness" the randoming) which just happens to be close to one of the numbers your m8 has. Then you all end up splitting the cash, and rolling about laughing at all those fools who trusted you?

once all tickets for lottery been sold and all numbers received will they be posted before the /random 1000000 for the winning number is done?

If not then this is a problem as you are rolling and declaring a winner from a list of numbers only you have seen complete as people will only know there own number. This is bound to cause some suspicion of cheating etc as very easy to for you to say a friend pm'ed you the closest number which you make up to be the closest after the official roll for the winner.
BTW not aimed at you personally so dont take offense ,just saying that hypothetically and maybe give you a idea how to improve the lottery so people cannot accuse it of being fiddled.

why not just /random 50 - or however many ppl you got signed up. Saves time imo.
