Alchemy potions?
Can anyone confirm whether or not on the 2 following:
1) - You gain skill points for crafting the 1000 skill potions and poisons.
2) - You can use the x3 instant healing potions, as instants and in combat.
The reason I am asking is its bugged in the U.S.
