I am a bit confused with lifedrain tinctures...

Cant understand the difference in TG from crafted... Both have same info exept for crafted is lvl 47 and tg 48 ... So whats their difference? same value 65 dmg,,,, 100%

The ones alchemists can make are only charges m8.
The ones that tend to drop in Epic dungeons are either Reactive or Volatile (weapon proc).
