What lvl alchamey can i recharge my own charges on gear to save on Recharger costs and when can i make Buff potions to save me getting a buffbot.

you cant recharge Drop loot chared items as an aclh, odd as it seems, you can only charge the charges you make yourself
and you need to be within the same tier of skill that it takes to make such a charge to recharge one

So i cant keep recharging the lord pookha mantle as its costing me a fortune ;-(

you can recharge it as much as you like, but youl have to farm some money. No way to make it cheaper im afriad.
