Ooh, you cried at me today in Emain! I was running around solo, having been uber ganked by a buffed up to hell Nightshade (apparently he has a Buffbot, but I'm not one to bitch about that... well, okay, I am because he evaded all my attacks and hit at a speed that was just a blurr) and then kited by some loser shadowblade who tried to sneak up on me.

Well, I -can- rotate my camera so I spotted that and slammed, and whack and whack down to 1/4 health. Yippie, I thought, something I can actually kill without having to follow around a zerg. But no. Off sprints the shadowblade and stealths. I have no endurance about left from the whacking so I couldn't keep up. Then the shadowblade tried to PA me, I think, but I wasn't going to stand still for her. So she missed, and I tried to whack, still with no endurance. What does she do? Runs away again and stealths. This happens about three more times till she brings a Shadowblade friend with her and a nice little zerg with Mobius in. And you cried at me! Aww!

<huggles> I won't kill me if you can keep all the shadowblades off me, or at least when they attack me, make 'em fight.

Wasn't you Began with T... Tard or something similar. But I'm pretty sure he must have had a buff bot, and as well as someone telling me he did.

I mean, and I'm not going to lie, I've never been attacked by a nightshade one on one. Shadowblades attack me quite often. So this means one of two things. Either Nightshades didn't exsist up until this point, or nightshades weren't attacking me for a reason. Probably that reason was they were a little scared I'd bludgeon them with my shield, and slash their cute little faces to pieces.

But this one did attack, and the only time I hit it, I hit it for 40 damage. That's -not- normal. So, are Nightshades just this uber normally yet have decided not to attack, or did this one have a buff bot? Hmm. Well, either way, it's bloody unfair because I had no chance in hell of ever beating that thing... hope it gave him a kick, though.

Trad is the only ns i never been able to hit let alone kill. All other ns i meet i atleast hit badly so either i killed them or the run away to be killed by some sb.

Trad don't have a buffbot as far as I know and I'm in the same guild... but then I'm not on so much these days so I could be wrong. He should use his champ more.. stealthers is so boring.

Buy some endurence stones and get tireless
It helps
I never use slam (in 1 on 1 from the frontside) on assasins since it has no bonus to hit and cost way to much endurence.
As a hybrid i try to amathyst them down and switch to LARGE pole and do the defenders rage / revenge thing on them.
When they run crippling blow which has a small snare kind of effect.

I am still looking for stuff with DoT charges to prevent them stealting

Also IP is a nice feature to at least survive the buggers

Visit Gatekeeper Dommel in DF, and ask him nicely to give his neckly yo you. It has a nice dot charge, does 60-80 damage.
Unfortunately only 2 charges.

Dommel is a red con, me and a theurgist killed him quite easily many times

Main problem is getting past the spawns in front of him, altho this is prolly a useless post since you know this

God I'd wish they'd make cleric buffs have a finite range, e.g. clipping range.

Smurf, afaik Trad doesn't use a buffbot, since I've actually killed him in melee.. took me 2 instants mind you, and his IP wasn't up, but still.. he didn't drop many buffs when he died.

trad defineately doesnt have a buffbot unless he only uses it when im offline no nightshades have buff bots afaik as ive played with most them if we die never ever see them lose buffs (unless of course we in a group with people who can buff ) or have to rebuff at ligen visit shut up lol u expect ns not to get ip cos it makes it more difficult for teh overpowered infiltrators? making a mistake about him having a buffbot is fine but saying its sad for a nightshade to have ip and a buffbot (even tho he doesnt) from an infil is hilarious and unreasonable

Killed Trad quite a few times, never really seen buffs drop off him.
the occasional str/dex loss, but even i get buffs from friends .. so..
