Does anyone know what this is or how to remove it please?

searched around and can only find a stajji thread from January and no answers there.

I got it on an RvR run last week - didnt do anything to get it - its just appeared.

Also it doesnt seem to actualy do anything.

I only came back to the game about 4 weeks ago so sorry if this is old ground etc
