me well i have a hard cap of 9p on any item (except for one and this aint it) unless i'm pissed 
so up to 9p i guess i can afford far more but i am content to wait until i can buy one for that price or less

i think i would pay 20p but i would have to salvage a alot of seals but if pandemic is right im not sure , my luck might turn.
