Anyone playing the AoM demo? Looks suspiciously like Empire Earth to me, with some old AoE touches. Seems to play well, though I need to invest some more time in it.

Yeah it's pretty cool. It's more like AoE with a new engine that it is like EE. It's a nicer engine than EE but it covers a much shorter timescale. The fun thing about it is the myth units that seperate it from AoE/AoK - you get to make hydras and centaurs and mummies and things which is right fun

It's not that I wasn't impressed by the game - it looks a very good game. It just seems to be little different to the last 2 (or 4 if you include expansion packs).
It does have some nice features, and makes good use of 3D with the rotating views. It is prolly just a case of getting used to it - after a while, AoK will seem a bit dull like AoE does now.
And as to whether it will r0><0r your c0><0r, I don't really want to know
