Advice needed r.e BW Op Flash

Hi,
Could you please give me some advice on how to start playing OF online? and do BW have a dedicated server for it now please? Im fully patched up and have resistance installed.
I played OF online when it first came out and hosted a few games via Gamespy Arcade, it was a bit poop and so I went back to C.S......... and boy am I sick of that!
