Adventure game

I want to put an adventure game on my laptop, you know a game to play loosely when travelling or just bored abit. A game that has no high tempo and no fast movements. Just as long as the gameplay is superb (im thinking of giving Grim fandango a go, or maybe monkey island).
but most of all i want a game that doesnt require me to have a mouse connected, so i can just use the touch pad.
Any suggestions? Age is of no importance.

I actually got the big bad guy at the end to 0 life once and I haven't played it since.

The Micorprose MTG was ace! Played it forever, despite all the bugs and the fact that many of the cards weren´t working properly.
Sealed Deck tournaments with Beta cards... yay!

Betrayal at krondor too...replayed that again last year. The graphics grain on you to begin with but after the first hour, I just started concentrating on how awesome it is again
