The article I see refers to PlusNet ADSL and not BT.

Bit of a joke that article tho I do agree.

The thing is that WE all know that Broadband IS the future of global communication but it really does feel like we have to walk through treacle to get anywhere with the Telcos (ie. BT) at the moment.

Small things like video conf on BT ADSL on netmeeting are blocked and stuff like that. All because BT want to protect their phone call income. I dunno.

I do equate BT to Railtrack sometimes. Profit is the be-all-end-all. FCK what the public actually needs or wants.
