Help Adobe flash player

Always had it but for some reason firefox says i dont have it anymore and i cant view any vids even the youtube ones on here but when i try to install it now it just keeps saying there a problem and to close firefox...i tried this and it just says the same thing....i uninstalled it and tried but the same thing happens....any ideas what might have happend and any soloutions?

I think NoScript quite often trashes Flash Player on mine. Then again I do have everything ramped up to 'off' in my browsers.

(should that be ramped down???)

I had this, it's your installation which has corrupted. Google "uninstall flash" and run the program off the official site, reboot and then re-install.

Yes youtube still works on IE no idea why...no dont think i installed anything funky and i tried what u sad Bahu but the same thing just happend....

Exactly the same thing happened to me a few months back. I just switched to IE and it eventually fixed itself.

Cerb, it's all about where you've installed (I'm assuming you've done a recent flash update..) Flash. There are TWO locations. You need to find them both, and delete the one that ISN'T in Program Files (IIRC), I THINK the other in located in C:\Documents and Settings\ somewhere.
