Well... having played since the first day of full release I have had lots of fun, but what with a new 55+ hour a week job and finding time to drink see friends and the g/f I've not been playing DAOC much recently, + I've not been getting the same old thrills for a while.
so I'm letting my subscription lapse after this last period.
It's been a great year+ playing with you guys and I've had some great laughs. Big mentions to the core who made up the GoV for so long and the Jotun Horde before that, Korgano, Tasans, Thagred, Vell, Dusksinger, Garnet, and many many more....
I've spent more time playing this game than any other for a very very long time and I was in two minds wether to continue just to keep in touch and see how things were going, but TBH, I haven't got the time to sleep at the moment, let alone play.
So, farewell my Viking brothers, raise a horn of mead to mead to me and I'll see you all on the other side in Valhalla ;-)
