Your best bet for addons is this site. The problem with the addons is they have to he used with custom missions, but never fear, The Avon Lady has plenty for those addons.

To see how modified the missions can go with just the basic scripting and no addons, look out the Operation Firelord single player mission. A cross between Alien and the X-Files.

I thought the start movie was way too long, but I started playing. All the scientists died, and the man told me to run. So I get in a car, scream out of the base, drive down the road for ages, and nothing happens. What the hell am I supposed to do?

Drive to the base you get told to run to, stop where the scientest is standing, and he'll fill you in with the rest.

Oh yeah, I did drive there, got out of the car and tried to talk to him, but NOTHING happened. I tried everything. In the end I just ran him over
