Adding tooltips to an existing UI

Anyone knows how to add the tooltips to a UI that's already made but the author removed the tooltips(for whatever lame reason :<)

dunno mate but I'm using Derida's and you can chose to enable or disable it from the ui setup . It's really usefull, especially that countdown timer on abbilities and you can easily see when your self buffs will expire
