Adding members to bwtfcl site.

We've ([-M8-]) just recruited a new member. But i cant add him to the bwtfcl site atm cos it says '404 no pg' thingeh when i try and go on his player details to add him.

I take it he's still allowed to play in matches even tho i cant add him to the site?
He's on our clan site.
