Adding Housefriends

This used to work as a charm, now it doesn't anymore, at least not for me. Tried to add a m8 who I want to be able to use forge/NPCs but I only got message:

You must enter a player name!

when I had typed /housefriend player Lillefix at least 8 times... has anyone else experienced this?

For whatever reason they have to be in the same zone as you. I'm sure it wasn't like that (dont do it that often though so could be wrong).

Get them to port over to the housing zone and try again.
