My all time fave game:)

Got so far in it , with out any *cheating*, it just felt right, I actually wanted to explore the world, messing around with ppl & stuff. The best, was getting the extra heart containers.

The gameboy zelda were very poor imho, simply didn't work.

The N64 was impressive at first, but then the world just seemed to big, for me to bother exploring it properly.

On your 100% legal backup copy of your original SNES cart only, of course.

Link to the Past is one of the greatest games I've ever played. I absolutely fucking loved it to pieces.

Fave game of all time was Super Metroid, so guess how much of a happy cunt I am to find out that there's a brand new 2d side-scrolling Metroid game coming out for the GBA - and it's not a port of Super Metroid either! Although Super Metroid will likely be ported over too (yay).

:D

i also loved Super metroid on the snes. The only things i seem to remember about it are a fire breathing dragon as a boss and the classic Ice-Gun. (well i was only about 8 or 9 yrs old then)

I'll have to take a look at these Emulater things

probably going to flame, but hell

there is a version of the snes9x emu out for the xbox, seems to be almost perfect emulation of the snes. Saves games, the lot. Can burn a cd with almost all the games you could ever want to play and just boot it up.
Tis the business. (as is the xbox)

also...

there is a megadrive emu, a half working version of mame (some of the larger roms cannot be loaded into memory, so things like MSH and SFA3 dont work =( an n64 emu (again a little hacked together) GBA emu (works almost perfect).
And a divx player that will output to your TV. Plus you can play the films from a remote location - so you can have them stored on a dirty big fileserver elsewhere in your house, and play them via the ethernet port build into the xbox.
