A customer of mine has a habbit of knackering his laptop. Today he's managed a supurb error.
When you run Add/Remove programs it fails and gives the following Error message.
"Object doesn't support this property or method.
SP3res.dll/default.hta line:82"
The machine is windows 2000 SP4 and as far as I can see he hasn't installed anything to nasty, some pop-up stoppers and some spam killers.
Has anyone come across this error before and managed to fix it. I've googled the problem to death and keep hitting a brick wall. Please help.
