anyone know which adapter i need. I cant think of the name :)

I have got his socket from a monitor

and i need to connect it to this graphics card

is there any adapter i can get to do this. There are no other ports that it fits into on the motherboard.

The DVI connection in the computer works with both DVI-D or I, doesn't matter. You see a hole for both an - and +.
