When you reach lvl30, talk to Bolli in Mularn. The Quest Reward are some AF62 Chain-Sleeves.
North-East of the Crooked Bridge in Muspelheim are some Flaming Raukomaz, kill them until Lord Fire Spawns. He drops a AF64 Chain Helm.
