Acurate realm population?

Does anyone know if there is a good site that has acurate server population?

What I realy want to know is if the horde/alliance pop imballance is as bad as it is
made out to be in the us (5:1 and 3:1 etc) cause if it is I dont want to play
alliance. but if its not I like the feel of alliance better and I like short races
(gnome/dwarf )

There isn't one, all these 3:1, 5:1 are pretty much just speculation based on a subset of the population.

Seems fairly balanced ATM on Warsong at least, there's a website somewhere that gave population as 15500 alliance 14500 horde based on people who'd signed up the website, although not entirely accurate this can give a decent idea of population split I think.

Stormscale is running at about 35/65 Alliance/Horde atm.

But the server is pretty full ^^

It's not quite as bad as 75% on Stormscale, according to that census.

We somehow ended up on the perfect server

I wonder how accurate warcraftrealms is, 42% alliance 58% is nice, however I get the feeling its more like 75% horde 25% alliance ingame really

Any ENGLISH speaking guilds on stormscale with some active members in the 40's?

that might be because the horde players are more hardcore and higher in lvls? dunno just guessing.

Hmm, according to this i am playing on deathwing, on horde which has 73% of the pop...Dang, that's just great now...Among 20 servers i had to choose the most dense horde pop one.

According to that census my server has 7 players over level 10 in alliance and 0 in horde... I don't think that's quite accurate.

The census is only accurate if a lot of people upload to it.

On stormscale, i noticed how low alliance population was, and I did a census and uploaded it and bumped up the alliance population by 300 (when the data was processed).. That was like 11pm monday nite. If i did a census during primtime on weekend, im sure i could get more.

So the more people who upload, the better accurate it is.

Saw census stats and atm must say dont even bother looking at the stats.

To get some idear look at time where people in horde and alliance ran it same hour and see how many was in game.

rest of hours is not done both side so numbers swings in favor of horde but easy to see that when it ran same hour ingame numbers show something else.

No, it really matters, if you choose a very unbalanced realm the game is crap for both sides, the one side won't have enemies to kill and the other one won't have enough people to do raids and stuff.
