My mail to subscription@goa.com has been answered and they resent the mail that never got through to me. They sent me a subs password at the same time too.....

Finally.......

At least we know they will sort it out for people whose information was correct and just never got a password.

i sent the email for my main acct a few days ago and the one for my sec acct i sent a email yesterday.make sure you just send the one though otherwise it slows down the process for others.
