Acount problems(more)

2 weeks and a half now wout Daoc :(((

The problem is when i "try" to pay in the screen where you introduce credit cards number etc, after i do this the msg "There was a problem interpreting the verified by visa response " appears in the screen .

Ive tried w about 3 different credit cards etc.. so isnt bank problem.

Does any1 know about this fxxxxing problem?

Btw Ive wroten yet to the support(+2weeks ago) and im still waiting 4 a solution.

Plz heeeeeeelp!

No idee if it helps,

But I got also problems to pay,

I couldn't get a 6 month subscription, but when I took a 3 month it worked ( and my cc wasn't low on mony or so).

I used both but Im still here waiting for a solution...

Btw 2 mates of my guild in Excalibur and 3 of my guild of Prydwen are with the same problem.

hmm, notice today when logging, my account was closed.
tryed check whats problem, get in to rightnow so thats work, but as usual subscription and account page is under work, hope that are reason for this.
look like they have alott this kind problem, but 1st time happend to me.

box where reads account is closed, up is billing update, maybe they are emptying my creditcard? :)

How long does it take to do matenance, been waiting for what it seems an ice age to subscribe.
gonna miss a guild meeting =(,
anyone got any idea when there gonna get there act together and fix it?

12:00 monday and it still fucked.... not a mention of it on the web site about any problems... its been down most of the weekend...

no reply's from right now as per usual.... no one who we can contact about it.... no information....

Almost all of you have a small problem compare to mine...


After 3 weeks unable to play because a bug or something when a try to pay my suscription , today I,ve tried to pay with another Visa hoping they fixed the error(the account page unavailable all weekend) or bug or whatever is and still cannot pay .I´ve tested 7 diferent Visa cards from 4 different Pcs and still cannot play.

Whats the problem?

Basically im triying to give you my money to play but is impossible to me to do that.

Plz a Gm from Goa plz answer me will be apreciated, this is taking too long.

crap! it was my fault why account was closed.
just little time ago get new card and didnt update those cards last day/month in my account section.
notice this when try change my 1 month subscr to 3 month, trying if that helps, and fill info from creditcard, they ask there last day when card is "still good" well, my old cards day was over, just changed new day from my new card and number, and now account is up again.
hope this make sense, english is crap , sorry.

Another question:Is a must the card has to be credit or debit card?

Personally I´ve paid 2 renewals of 3 month with a debit card .Any answers?

well, i have card from bank, and that take money direct from my count there.
believe if you wanna play need creditcard, personally using mastercard.
there was something in one country where they take money direct from bank but that ended little time ago.
because if you even once didnt had money in account, daoc-account was closed.
so they dont offer this anymore.
basicly is most common creditcards, visa, mastercard and was there dinersclub? maybe some other too but dont remember anymore.

Hmmm, what browser are you using?
It might be that it only work to suscribe there with IE. Think Opera 6.0 works though at least, but who knows :rolleyes:

I use IE(updated to last version).Btw I tried with opera too i get the same error.And tried also today a new credit card I required to my bank last week "special for interner use" and I get the same error,is Visa too.This afternoon I will try too with a Mastercard of a friend and I hope it works...

Basicaly I´m trying to give Goa my money for 36456 ways and is impossible to me to do that.

7 months of happy playing and now you see...

Well, I have worked out why my account is closed. My bank sent me a new debit card with an upgraded chip, and probably cancelled the old one. Of course it has a slightly different number to the one I set up DAOC with, so the payment request from Wanadoo was bounced back.

Now if only Goa / Wanadoo / Right Now would kindly send me my account password, I will be able to start making payments again. Only been waiting for a reply for 48 hours, so I suppose I only have about another 2 weeks to wait for a reply.

Do these guys not want our money or what?? They make it so damn difficult to set things up. Why can't they have your account password on automatic send like the game passwords?

Well,I actually trust Goa is studing the problem...I only hope my characters are still there when finally I log on the game...

I had the same problem with my credit card so i used my debit card instead and it worked.

After a few investigations by my self , I think its a problem with the Visa cards(I have tested more than 7 visa cards) cause some guilmates with the same problem has paid with a mastercard one... but on others didn work ...really i dont know but I trust Goa is studing it and hope they will fix it soon.

They still haven't damn well sent me my password. That is 4 nights and 3 days. I am starting to get really really mad now. I have emailed the senior management at Wanadoo and I'm even thinking of buying some shares just so I can turn up to a shareholders meeting and heckle the CEO.

This obviously shows that I need other avenues to channel my aggression. Must be why I'm addicted to DAOC, I suppose.

Im in at least, I did payment with a mastercard and worked hte first time.Maybe is aproblems with the visa cards(tried 7 visa)

i try to paid my first subscription after one month free and the server dont acept my visa "transacion refused" it said and the visa is good. i want play and they dont fix this problem :(,

Someone have this problem too?, i want paid but they dont want money if Goa follow this way people will start to leave the game and remenber next year SWG is coming...

The problem is there is no phone number or anyway you can actually speak to someone. Apparently on the US servers, they have helplines. I get the impression Goa is run on a shoestring.

It amazes me that they are not taking more care about getting money in, that is what pays there wages after all.
