Acount Closed?

hi today i thought i would renew my daoc acc, so i typed my payment details into the secure payment site thing and click okay then it says order sucsesfully paid so i tryed login into my acc and it says account closed so i checked my email and i got a email saying payment faliure but there was a link on that email to try again so i clicked it and it came up sayin "The specified order cannot be found, or the order is already paid" i dnt get it first it says i paid it then it says i havent and then it says i have paid it and i still cnt get into my acc can eny1 help? many thx :touch:

I have waited for 1 hour now ... I have prolly paid GOA about 100 times (3 accs, 3 years and yes ... never used a long billing plan ) It has always worked within 3-5 mins ... so something is at fault atm
