Account renew problem.

hello.

I was wodering if any one here has or is having the same problem i am having and maybe know a sollution...

When i log on to the DAOC sign i page for renewing my game account.. as always it asks for login infomation.. unfortunatly when i try to input the infomation i get "login or Password invalid" mesage.. after some testing on this i have worked out that the sign in page is not accepting Upper Case letters.. which as you know, the password requires Upper as well as Lower case letters.

I hope someone is able to help with this problem..
