Question Account recovery

I have a problem in that not only can i not remember the emails associated with two accounts I own, I can't remember the account names either. I could perhaps hazard a guess at one of them but I have no idea which characters are on which account. Also don't have the CD Keys. All I can do is give them my name/address/photo ID to prove I am who I say I am.

Is that enough? Or are these acccounts gone.

not having the CD keys are going to be a problem i think.. your best off just emailing them rather than posting on here.
