account reactivation ?

Could anybody advice: if I reactivate my account withing less than 3 months since end of the last billing period can I access my old characters or they are removed ?

As far as I know your characters are retained for 6 months after your subscription runs out, so they should still be there.

Of-course I may be wrong.
