Trying to pay after free month I receive a "Transaction refused, contact your bank" message. I tryed two CC - VISA and AmEx - no succsess. Everything is OK with the cards ( I checked).
Response from DAoC support team started from usual BS about IE6, operatig system and so on. ( I was so stupid that followed some of their advice like try other computer etc.). They are working ( or pretend that they are working) on the problem since September 9 (!!!!).
May be somebody know whom to address to rush the prosess.
The game is greate but support is complete s..... .

Sometimes it helps if you try one of the other language pages (german or french) after all its not that hard to read those

account problem

I tryed everything, including different languige settings.
Today I got a reply from support that they still working on the problem (already two weeks!!!!). I read in this forum (guess it was in August) about same kind of a problem after free month. Somehow it was solved and it looks like something happens with input information between camelot-europe and Bibit pages. I wonder why they cannot do something if it happens not first time.

For me I just choose the payment then click validate and it says processing check back in three ours. I didn't even have to insert cc info? Are they stored somewhere or what? I wanna playyyyy...

I have the same problem .I ´ve played the game now for 7 months and I cannot play anymore,now 2 weeks wout playing...

And no response for customer suport..

I solved the problem!!!! US server. The support team of camelot-europe keeps silence, but now I don't care. I thrown their CD in the trash.

Good luck to everybody remaining with them. God bless America, they know how to do the job.

I´ve played daoc for 7 monts , I have a lvl 50 and lvl 48 chars and some lvl 15-20 alts and make a new account and start from lvl 1 make me $·%&·$%"

2 weeks wout playing now,2weeks wout response from Goa(Btw the first response was "if you get this msg is probably you dont have enought money in your bank account "lol).If the situation goes like that and is not solved soon ill trow the CD to thrash and start forgiving daoc .

I canot believe why they dont reply almost with a msg saying "we are working on the problem" or something and they keep the silence...

Sincerely I cannot understand this situation.
