Account Problems

After a rather lengthy absence I came back to DAoC to find my account didnt work. GOA were a fat load of good uke: and now im left with no DAoC

Just wondering if anybody else has encountered the same problem, or if anyone can give me info about account deleting and so on :touch:

how long you been away they reset everyones passwords like just under a year or so ago.

If you don't have your email account u sighed up with still active then they will have to snail mail you the passwords i think. If you do send your account details to subscriptions @ goa.com without the spaces. And they should be able to resend the pass details to your email addy. Either way contact goa using that email addy.

After 6 months of not paying they can delete your chars. If you been away longer then that not much you can do.

Don't think they have deleted any chars so far....
