Account problems (only form of problems it seems)

This is one thing that GOA never gets right. It has been bugged from since I got into this game. First I bought the game, got the free month. Couldn't pay until couple of weeks after my account time ran out. Now the time I paid then has ran out. I'm not able to pay again.

I choose the amount, click on validate, answer yes on popup, gives me this:

Your transaction is being processed…


Reconnect yourself in the ‘My account’ directory in about 3 hours to check the state of your login and GAME password. If the state is not ‘Ok’, please access one more time to the secure payment form.

Even when I haven't entered any credit card info. Seems rather odd to me. And the url at this time is http://billing.camelot-europe.com/www/general_err.php - could it be general error? I don't know, seems to match. Fix these bloody problems please. Your customer support is lousy and rightnow is the worse system i've ever seen. Comes propably from your head will blow off rightnow since we aint going to answer you until three days later. And then either you have already made a fix to the problem or their advice is wrong.

Again waited three ours. Still the same. Not that I was expecting anything else (nor response from support, there isnt any, if there is it's very very slow) since if I can't even insert my credit card info how am I supposed to play. If I didn't like DAoC so much I'd ditch it right away.

If these keep happening only way I see it is that I move to US servers. Never heard anything like this (nor read) going on in there. And they have /appeal. Thank you very much.

After well slept night situation remains the same. No change, still Can't insert any info gives me the same three hour message. Bloody hell.

Bumb. Someone from support please reply. I just want to know that this is being looked upon. Should be number one priority at GOA.

I did use rightnow. But I'm kinda disappointed since they didn't even reply. But it works for me too now. Hurray.

I´ve the same problem with my account, when I try to do payment i get the msg "error parsing the visa 3d response "
