Account Problems - Any Advice?

Ahoy!

Many generations ago ToA came out, and after i got it i realised that i had - rather foolishly - neglected to record my most recent subs PW. So i tried rightnow but for some reason i couldn't log on (i gather now that's it's due to the fact i have 2 acc's registered under the same e-mail, the second of which cancels out the first or so im told). Anyway, i then tried the 'For all problems related to registration or loss of passwords, you can directly use this email' email several times over the course of a few weeks but to no avail. A few weeks after i had given up trying to get ToA registered my subscription then ran out and i haven't played since (Around 2 months i think). Just wondering if any of you know who i could get my Acc info back from useless goa, i really fancy playing again :s

Apologies in advance for any obvious mistakes ive made or not explaining it clearly enough... or for missing some other thread on the subject... or for diverting your attention from more pressing matters etc.

Have you tried emailing subscription@goa.com ?. Who knows how long it'll take to get back to you, probably a few days or so?.

And fyi you've missed Rejuvity Boo off your sig :wub:

thats the email i was using and ive not recieved a reply as of yet, and seriously doubt i will get one seeing as i asked them so long ago.

i had that problem with 2 emails etc...it wudnt let me use rightnow..

eventually they said they wud send me the subs details through the post to my address if i requested it i think...but dont know about the situation now.

Do you know how to to request that? I asked them to send me my details in the post in one of the emails i sentthem if they were worried about me being a thief or somthing. Tried to find a contact phone number too but there doesn't seem to be one...

they suggested it wen i had the problem like a year or so ago...but i never bothered with it in the end.
