Account creation problems?

OK my copy of WoW arrived.. I hurridly installed it, got directed to the account creation page, filled in all my details.. and.. and.. and...:

After you have reviewed the information below and are satisfied that everything is correct, click on "Create Account" to proceed.

Which would be fine.. except there isn't an account creation button?

OK, no problem, technical difficulties - computers are complex beasts... there's bound to be a few bugletts. I'll submit a problem like it says if I have any technical problems:
Required field: account name. No.. thats the problem - I can't create an account. Hmm - no problem - they have a freephone number:

"I'm sorry - our account and billing team are currently all busy. We are not able to put you in the queue at this time, please try again later"

Is anyone else having the same problem, or should I give up any chance of starting playing tonight?
