Same happend to me the other day: Account closed
Best thing you can do is log on to your account, and check the status of your account. If it says: Status: Closed, then you're pretty gutted, since you have to use rightnow in order to get it sorted.

Well it says i have no current subscription which i have until jan the 5th,yes it says closed too.
Sigh and now it isnt even accepting my credit card grrrrrrrr
