Account be gone?

So i dl:ed the client and thought to give daoc a try but my account has apparently disappeared,when i try to log in to that master account thingy it never regonizes my old account name 'nor email.

Anyone else got anything similiar to this?

not the old sub login/pass but the one you used in game client

What about renewing , I can't seem to find that button or so.

cant renew the account, no EU person can from what I figured out.... they dont seem to know how to make it so we can.

luckily i had a free month even though it seems that only active subs should have got it. guessing they decided everyone should. shame only realised a few days ago and cant be bothered to get zerged instantly.

use the "lost account name" link.

Put in email address.

Get the account name.

Use the lost password link.

Put in account name and email

Get the password.

....
That the process i had to go through to get mine.

However.. with that said i kept getting "account name not recognised" when I was copying it directly from email they sent. lol. Was random as to when i could get in
