Sad news tbh, they probably should have tried to keep Burnout 3. Also, i wonder if Juiced is still going to come out.

It is, but the rights to it were sold to EA. Iirc in early production.

EA now owns Burnout 3 completely since it has bought Criterion Software ltd.
