Technically it's not against the CoC to sell an AC account here... but I think it IS against the CoC to ask for a DAoC acc. Try on IRC, #celticfist etc

Alternatively... go to your local games shop or Amazon, buy a copy of the game, start your very own character and level him up! Brilliant idea, huh... and then when you get to level 50 you might know how to play the character and be an asset to the realm, rather than one of those level 50s who don't know the way from Camelot to Cotswold...
