Haven't played in about a year - am I likely to be affected by the item loss or did it only affect people who were active/logged in at the time?

Yes my bb account was inactive for the month previous (and after) the event, yet having activated her at the weekend I discovered she's either been on holiday working in a red light district or else was affected by the stripping. Its just a pity I can't remember a thing she was wearing

tbh i dont think your account will have that problem if you havent played in a year my friend activated hes account after 1 year the same day as Prydwen crashed and he didnt loose any items =)

GOA can help if I supply a few details but one of them is the CD-KEY for the account which I've lost! DOH! Hoh hum should be fun anyway and I understand that catacombs makes it pretty quick levelling these days

Ok should be ready to go tonight - I hear people saying that catacombs is great XP but are they referring to task dungeons, instance dungeons or catacombs quests? Whats generally regarded as the most enjoyable way to get from 1 to 50 these days (not pl)?

Ok should be ready to go tonight - I hear people saying that catacombs is great XP but are they referring to task dungeons, instance dungeons or catacombs quests? Whats generally regarded as the most enjoyable way to get from 1 to 50 these days (not pl)?

All of them, though it depends a bit on the character.

Task dungeons - give you lots of monsters at your level (or as appropriate for duos/trios), and a 50% bonus to xp. This means no awkward repops, and good exp (no blues/greens). Gain bonus xp on finishing the quest.

Instance dungeons - Great for larger groups. Scales to the group's levels (to limits), and no repops. Gain a 15% bonus to xp per person in group (120% for a full group). Get auralite which can be spent on equipment, and also a drop from the boss monster if you can handle them (tend not to be straight fights - more strategy needed).

Catacombs mini-quests - Worth 0.5 bulb or thereabouts. Take only a few minutes, usually. 0.5 bulb at level 1 is irrelevant, and level 49 it's huge.

Catacombs quests - Like many of the Atlantis and SI quests, as well as old epics, can be worth a lot of experience. Often need another person or two. I've seen up to about a bulb of experience at level 49 for some !

Disks didn't turn up yesterday Used a 14 day trial to have a look round. NF seems.... different Logged in the end as Mincepietest the Lvl 1 Rogue in Agramon was noticed - I had a few tells asking me why i was crossrealming! Hopefully disks will have arrived when I get home from work :E
