About these pre-req's

Just something i've been wondering about.
Like ML7 , ML3 is required.
ML9 , ML8 is required.

But do you have to BE ML3 to go to ML7 or do you just have to have ML3 completed. Same for ML9.

you have to be ml3 to enter ml7 dungeon, same for ml9, you have to be ml8.

You _have_ to be the ML required for whatever ML you want to do.

Ie. If you want to do ML7 you will have to be ML3, you won't be able to enter if you are technically still ML2 because you're lacking the ML exp to become ML3, even if you have all ML3 steps completed.
